RelaxsanStore.com provides for free ground shipping for orders over $50.00 within the United States. We do not ship outside the continental United States. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message. Any orders under $50.00 will be charged a $4.50 flat shipping fee. Standard first class shipping via United States Postal Service can take up to 5-10 days. In most areas, standard shipping will take 2-5 days, but some areas will require 5-10 days.
Every order is filled, packed and shipped as fast as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days following receipt of the order. Delivery will occur based on the scheduled described above. Occasionally an item is on back-order. If this happens, you will be notified via e-mail.
